Морковные маффины с творожным кремом.Кофе.
140 г муки
50 г сметаны
1 яйцо
40 г сахара
1/2 ч.л корицы
1/4 ч.л мускатного ореха
2 гвоздики
1/2 ч.л разрыхлителя
1/4 ч.л соды
щепотка соли
100 г тёртой моркови
30 мл.растительного масла
Масло,сметану и яйцо добавить к сухим и перемешать. Морковь добавить в последнюю очередь и перемешать.
Выложить в формы и печь минут 20.Для творожного крема смешать 100 г творога,20 г сахара и 20 мл сливок. Всё взбить и смазать маффины.

если вместо обычной муки взять бы овсяных хлопьев+овсяной муки = то вообще супер , всё то что люблю.морковка , яблоки , овсянка , орехи , бананы! :)
